How your donations help us
SASH is made possible partly through the support of its donors. However you choose to donate whether it be through financial assistance, supplies, or equipment, your generosity strengthens our mission to create a life changing summer experience for both our Campers and Staff. All donations are Tax Deductible!

Camp and Food Costs
- $175: Provides general materials for one camp
- $600: Provides morning and afternoon snacks for the campers for one week
- $750: Provides lunch for the staff and volunteers for one week
Specific Needs
- Hot Wheels cars, tracks, accessories
- Three air fryers
- Legos
- Arts and craft supplies

Scholarship Opportunities
- $130 covers one child to participate in one week of camp.
- $220 covers two campers from the same family to participate in one week of camp
- $320 covers a family of three or more campers to participate in one week of camp

or Summer-wide sponsor
SASH advertises directly to most public schools in Frederick County through PeachJar, advertisements in local media, and receives high amounts of web traffic when registration begins and throughout the summer. This is an excellent cross section of Frederick county to promote your business.
Weekly Sponsor (Two Spots Per Week)
- Advertising Bundle: $500 per week, $350 for each additional week sponsored.
- Company logo prominently displayed on sponsor section of the website, in parent emails sent out prior to the week of camp that is sponsored mentioning that “this week of Summer At Sacred Heart is brought to you by…”
- Company mentioned during morning show.
- Will distribute coupons and other promotional material for your business the week that you sponsor.
Summer Sponsor (Three Spots Available)
- $1500 - The Summer Sponsor level gives maximum exposure to thousands of residents in Frederick and Clark County.
- Company logo is displayed on the home page of the SASH website when registration begins (February) through the end of the final week of camp (August).
- Company will be mentioned on a weekly basis in parent emails, logo displayed at check-in table, and most prominently in our sponsors section of the website. Company may also distribute coupons or other promotional material to all campers on a weekly basis.
