Extended Care
Our Extended Care camps are designed to be flexible with your schedule and provide your child with a fun, educational environment where you know they are safe and having a good time. We handle registration on a week-by-week basis. On the Monday of your camp, we will ask if you wish to use extended care, or you can even drop your child off at the morning of afternoon time you need.
Extended Camp Schedule
- 7 am – 9 am: Morning Camp
- 9 am – 9:15 am: Day Camp Dropoff
- 9:15 am – 12:15 pm: Day Camp
- 12:15 pm – 12:30 pm: Pickup from Day Camp
- 12:30 pm – 1 pm: Lunch time for Afternoon Camp
- 1 pm – 6 pm: Afternoon Camp (pickup available any time during Afternoon Camp)
There is no aftercare on July 31, the last day of camps.
Extended Care Pricing
Weekly Pricing
(Per Week Per Child)
- Morning Camp:
(7:00– 9:00 am)
$45 per week per child - Afternoon Camp: (12:30 – 6:00 pm) – $100 per week per child
- Both Morning & Afternoon Camp – $110 per week
Daily Drop In Rates
- Early Camp $25/child/morning
- Late Camp
$35 per child if picked up before 3:30 - Late Camp
$45 per child if picked up after 3:30
Afternoon Camp Schedule
- 12:30-1:00 Lunch
- 1:00-1:30 All campers go outside to the playground.
(Pre-K is under separate supervision) - 1:30-3:00 All Campers come inside. Pre-K separates for nap time. All other campers assemble in the multipurpose room and divide into groups for planned activities. We rotate groups between the gym (playing gym games), the multipurpose room (arts and crafts, board games, etc.) and the computer room (Minecraft.)
- 3:00 Snack time! (Provided by SASH) Continue rotating through stations. When there are fewer campers in the main area, Pre-K campers join in the multipurpose room, still under separate supervision.
- 6:00 Closed for the Day
For Late Pick-Ups: To ensure our staff are able to leave when they are scheduled, A $1 per minute fee will be assessed if a child is picked up after 6:00 pm. This fee is to be paid when the child is picked up. If a fee is not paid at that time, the child(ren) may not return to camp until the fee is paid.
Refund Policy & Payment Transfer
60% of our class fee is non-refundable. The remaining 40% is refundable provided cancellation is made in writing at least one week prior to the class start date. Payments may be fully transferred to other camps within SASH, as long as the newly selected camp is not full. Contact the Program Director by email at sashinfo@sashcamp.org to request a refund or check if a camp has been filled.
Pre-K Camps
To better place Pre-K children into age appropriate settings, please note the age group designations for all pre-k camps. The groups are broken up into ages 3-4 and 5-6.
Water Day Twice A Week
Aftercare water day will be Wednesdays and Fridays after lunch. We will have a huge slip n slide. If you want your child to participate, you must send them in with a towel and a bathing suit. If they wear their suit to camp that day, they must have a change of clothes. Campers without proper attire or a towel will not be permitted to participate in water day.

Electronic Devices
We encourage our campers to interact with each other and participate in SASH activities, We ask that all hand-held video games, tablets, audio devices, etc. be left at home. If you would like your child to have a phone to stay in touch with you, it will be kept with their belongings in their locker and used for emergency purposes only. Thank you for your understanding
Lunch
Students enrolled in afternoon camp must bring a lunch, which will be stored in their cubby. Refrigeration available upon request. Lunch is served at 12:30 and a snack will be provided at 3:00PM.
Sign-up Is Easy
If you wish to utilize any of our extended camp programs, please let us know when you drop your child(ren) off each morning. Weekly payments will be made on the Monday afternoon at the time of pick up, and drop-in payments made at the time of pick up.
