Refund Policy & Payment Transfer

60% of our camp fee is non-refundable. The remaining 40% is refundable provided cancellation is made in writing at least one week prior to the class start date. Payments may be fully transferred to other camps within SASH, as long as the newly selected camp is not full. Contact the Program Director by email at sashinfo@sashcamp.org to request a refund or check if a camp has been filled.

Pre-K Camps

Our Pre-K camps are now divided into the age groups of 3-4 and 5-6 in order to facilitate a better age group experience. Please be sure to note the age group of the camps you are signing up for.

Multi-Child Discount

We offer a multi-child discount for children within the immediate family. This discount will be applied at the end of registration, before payment. Discount is for day camps only.

  • 2 Children: 10% Discount
  • 3 Children: 15% Discount
  • 4 Children: 20% Discount
  • 5+ Children: 25% Discount

Daily Schedule

Before Care: 7 am – 9 am (Drop off any time)
Day Camp Drop-off: 9 am – 9:15 am
Morning Show: 9:15 am – 9:30 am
Day Camp: 9:30 am – 12 pm
Day Camp Pickup: 12:15 pm – 12:30 pm
Aftercare: 12:30 pm – 6 pm (pickup at your discretion)

If you wish for your child to participate in Early Camp or Afternoon Camp (extended care), you do not need to register for it ahead of time. Registration is for the specialty camps. Please see our Extended Care section for pricing and more information.
