We are glad to be able to offer Pre-K camps to all Potty-Trained campers from the ages of 3 – 6. We are one of the only summer camp programs in the Shenandoah Valley to provide this helpful service to younger campers.
- Designed to engage young campers in a safe and enriching environment where they can meet new friends, learn a thing or two, and most of all, have FUN!
- Themed Camps incorporate supervised play, physical and learning focused activities.
- Pre-K Camps are overseen with an extra watchful “eye” by our exclusively Pre-K trained staff and volunteers, in designated Pre-K Classrooms.
- Pre-K Campers share the same schedule with other camps and can join Extended Care for the same price.
This year we are further separating the pre-k in more age specific groups to offer an even better, age-appropriate experience. We are offering camps specifically for 3-4 year olds, and then for 5-6 year olds.
A note to Parents on Potty Training
At this time, all campers in the Pre-K program must be sufficiently potty trained. We understand that accidents happen at this age, and we will assist if it happens. However, we cannot monitor the regular changing of diapers and pull-ups. The director of SASH will have to dismiss any campers if they are deemed to not be sufficiently potty trained.
